PAPIK Group has formalised a strategic agreement with the Ponsa family to become its reference real estate developer in Catalonia. The agreement provides for an annual investment of 2 million euros earmarked for the development of high-value, highly energy-efficient residential projects. PAPIK Group will take on the integral management of all undertakings, spanning from identifying the asset and defining the product to construction execution and final marketing.
The projects linked to this collaboration will be developed in strategic areas such as Barcelona, Maresme and Garraf, territories where demand for luxury housing and energy-efficient homes maintains a sustained trend.
