The starting point of every project. We define the architectural project with you before any machine moves on site.

Securing the council permit before construction can begin.
With the project defined, we apply to the town council for the permit that authorises construction.
We submit the stamped project and clear any queries raised by the council, while closing the execution project with the trades.
How to advance a phaseThe project moves to Foundations when the town council grants the permit and the setting-out record is signed on the plot. Until then, no work can start on the ground.
Earthworks and foundations, where building begins on site.
The physical work begins: we prepare the ground and build the base the whole home rests on.
The building is set out on the plot and the foundations and slab are built, following the Eskimohaus® system from the very first concrete.
How to advance a phaseThe project moves to Works when the concrete has gained strength and the site supervision team signs off the foundations. From here, we start assembling the structure.
Construction under way, from the structure and the envelope to the finishes.
The home takes shape, from the structure to the finishes.
We raise the structure and the envelope, install the systems and complete the finishes following the Eskimohaus® system at each phase until the home is ready for handover.
End of the processWhen the works pass the final inspection and the keys are handed over, the project leaves the active list and moves to the catalogue with its profile and images.
The green dot marks the works about to advance to the next phase.
