Technical assessment and audit
Thermography, an initial blower door and a read on your current consumption. You get a full energy report with proposals for improvement.
What we do in this phase
- Infrared thermography. Mapping of thermal leaks across façades, roof and window frames under real temperature-gradient conditions.
- Initial Blower Door. Objective measurement of the envelope's current airtightness, the calculation baseline for the EnerPHit target.
- Envelope audit. Constructive analysis of façades, roof, window frames and thermal bridges, with spot openings if needed.
- Demand calculation. Heating and cooling simulation with PHPP, cross-checked against real bills from the last three years.
- Initial EPC. Baseline energy performance certificate, a requirement to document the energy improvement to ICAEN.
What the owner receives
- Complete energy report in PDF with thermographic photographs.
- Improvement roadmap prioritised by cost-benefit and energy impact.
- Preliminary estimate of the achievable energy improvement (EPC letters).
- Suitability assessment for the Passivhaus EnerPHit standard.
- Technical presentation session with the responsible architect.
Why it matters
Without a metric assessment there is no verifiable energy saving and no access to the Next Generation EU grant, which pays according to the documented energy improvement under the PRTR.
