Do you work across the entire county or only in Hostalets?

We work across the entire county. Our head office is in Sant Cugat, which lets us travel to Vic, Manlleu, Tona and the rest of Osona along the C-17 with agility. We have the technical and logistical capacity to act in any Osona municipality.

Yes. Centelles, El Brull, Seva and Tagamanent have constraints from the Montseny Natural Park. The northern frontier of Osona has constraints from the Guilleries PEIN and the Vall del Ges. These constraints affect roofing, fences, façade colour and native vegetation on adjacent non-developable land.

Can one build on rural land?

Construction on non-developable land in Osona is heavily regulated. Building a new single-family home on rustic land is generally only viable on plots with a pre-existing masia (traditional Catalan farmhouse), under a reconstruction or extension regime, and always subject to a catalogued fact sheet and favourable report from the Generalitat.
