Do you work across the entire county or only in certain municipalities?

We work across the entire county. We have documented projects in Begues, Castelldefels and Corbera de Llobregat, and the technical and logistical capacity to act in any Baix Llobregat municipality. Our head office is in Sant Cugat, which lets us travel along the C-32, A-2 and B-23 with agility.

What is the difference between building on the coast and on a hilltop?

The coast (Castelldefels, Gavà) imposes selective aesthetic requirements, salt-spray protection and summer thermal control; the hill (Begues, Corbera, Cervelló) imposes gradient management, landscape adaptation and restrictions tied to natural parks. The Passivhaus and Eskimohaus® methodology covers both realities, with case-specific adjustments.

Are there special restrictions for natural parks?

Yes. Begues, Castelldefels north and Gavà have constraints from the Garraf Natural Park. Sant Just, Sant Joan Despí and Esplugues have constraints from the Collserola PEIN. These affect roofing, fences, façade colour and native vegetation on adjacent non-developable land.

Are there significant price differences between municipalities?

Yes. Construction cost is similar across the county, but land price varies considerably: the first line of Castelldefels and Begues are the most selective areas. Sant Boi, Viladecans, Cornellà and El Prat have more accessible markets. Corbera, Cervelló and Vallirana sit in intermediate positions.
