Do you work across the entire county or only in certain municipalities?

We work across the entire county and across central and southern Costa Brava in general. Our head office is in Sant Cugat, which lets us travel to Calonge, Palafrugell, Begur and Pals along the AP-7 with agility. We have the technical and logistical capacity to act in any Baix Empordà municipality.

The Mediterranean coastal climate of the Baix Empordà has a critical demand for summer cooling, salt-spray protection and tramontana wind management on north façades. The Passivhaus standard and our Eskimohaus® implementation, with specifications for external solar protection, cross ventilation and high-performance joinery, are directly applicable.

Yes. The historic cores of Pals, Begur, Peratallada and Calonge are subject to specific heritage protection regimes. The Montgrí Natural Park and the Gavarres PNIN condition non-developable land in Torroella, Pals, inland Calonge, Cruïlles and Romanyà. We verify these constraints case by case as part of initial due diligence.

Yes. The Baix Empordà concentrates a significant share of international clients, especially in Begur, Aiguablava, Llafranc and Tamariu. We have communication and contracting processes adapted to this clientele, with documented site monitoring and technical interlocution in Spanish, Catalan and English when necessary.
