PAPIK Group held a new open house at K-Jardí, a residential project in Valldoreix that reflects our way of understanding construction: combining architecture, technology and sustainability to create homes of maximum comfort and energy efficiency.
During the visit, attendees were able to walk through an almost-finished home and see first-hand the construction solutions that make it possible to reach high standards of wellbeing, air quality and minimal energy consumption.
The project combines the full retrofit of an existing home with an extension of more than 300 m², developed to high-performance energy criteria. An example of how innovation and design can turn a home into a place ready for the future.
The event was led by the PAPIK Group team, who shared the vision and the technical criteria behind the project, answering attendees' questions and showing the value of construction designed to last, save energy and improve the quality of life of the people who live in it.
