PAPIK Group opens one of its soon-to-be-delivered projects to explain first-hand the real value of Eskimohaus homes and answer questions from future clients.
From time to time, PAPIK Group opens one of the projects it is about to hand over to clients in order to show on site how a passive house is built. These visits make it possible to see the work before it is inhabited, while the construction solutions that later disappear behind the finishes can still be read clearly.
On this occasion the open house will take place at K-Bohemis, a home designed by the Calderon-Folch studio and located in Vallvidrera, Barcelona. The house is in its final phase, about to be delivered, and before the handover to its owners an afternoon is set aside to show it and explain the real value of Eskimohaus homes.
The event is free, but places are limited. Registration is therefore required and is completed through the form available at papik.cat/inscripcio.
The session combines a guided tour with a talk and an open question-and-answer round on how PAPIK Group builds its homes. It is a good opportunity to go deeper into technical matters and put questions directly to a professional who leads a company founded almost 30 years ago, with extensive experience in passive house construction. The gathering also brings together other people with shared interests who want to resolve similar questions about the Passivhaus standard and the Eskimohaus system.
These open houses are very well received, which is why PAPIK Group aims to hold them often. If this date does not fit, the best way not to miss the next ones, already in planning, is to follow the company's blog and content channels.
Seeing an Eskimohaus home before it is inhabited is the most direct way to understand what building to the passive standard really means.
