Building in Cabrils, Passivhaus in the premium hillside Maresme

Ten minutes from Vilassar and twenty from Mataró. Cabrils keeps a discreet, consolidated residential profile, with large plots and an environmental quality that few areas of the comarca offer. We work regularly in the Maresme.

Why build in Cabrils now

Cabrils is a municipality of close to seven thousand inhabitants located on the inland slope of the Maresme. Its topography of gentle hills, low residential density and proximity to both Mataró and the Barcelona corridor make it one of the most sought-after areas for premium single-family homes in the comarca.

The residential market concentrates on plots that typically range between 800 and 2,000 m², with low-density detached typologies. Proximity to Cabrera de Mar and Vilassar de Mar allows village character to be combined with quick access to services and Renfe stations. The families who choose Cabrils value plot orientation, open views and acoustic calm.

We have not yet built within Cabrils itself. We have in Premià, Argentona and Llavaneres, less than ten kilometres away, with the same teams that would work here.

NUCLI URBÀ concentrates the most consolidated residential fabric with medium-sized single-family plots and basic services within walking distance. LA LLOBETA and ELS GARROFERS are hillside sectors with large plots and privileged orientations towards the sea and the coastal plain. CAN BORÓ keeps a calm residential character with low density and consolidated vegetation. SANT CRIST is a transition residential sector with detached typologies and good connection to the C-32 via Vilassar.
